Insurance & Fees

I am out of network with most insurance companies (CT Husky Pending). I can provide a superbill for clients to submit to their own insurance for reimbursement. Clients are often successful in receiving a significant portion of fees back from insurance.

My clinical fee is $185/ 45-50 minute session

No Surprises Act

Connecticut requires health providers to inform clients about fees ahead of time via a Good Faith Estimate. My fees are outlined on my website and intake paperwork.

Other Policies and Practices

Prior to engaging in a formal clinical relationship, O.W.L. Counseling policies and procedures are provided to clients via a client portal for review. We also review pertinent policies at our first appointment. I aim for transparency in business and am happy to answer any questions related to my practice policies and procedures.
